• The preventative maintenance program provides a scheduled visit to the hospital to clean, inspect, adjust and repair potential problems.
  • Software and hardware upgrades, required to ensure the proper operation of the system at this stage, are included.
  • We will analyse and optimise the system configuration (slot allocations, etc.) and provide training on software and system operation as needed.  We will also include training of your hospital staff to handle minor first response issues, coupled with unlimited telephone support.
  • The full service contract includes all parts, software updates, on-site service, unlimited telephone support and one scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit per year.
  • The contract excludes issues related to the hospital server or hospital network and issues caused by intentional damage to the system.
